We are a group of School Behavior Consultants who have worked in classroom settings within Australian Education. We started the Swish Basketball System and various elements of the Levels of Behavior System way back in 1992 - these effective systems, until now, have been restricted to elementary and middle schools in Australia. We have used both 'Levels' and 'Swish' in various class environments over the years, and have added many features to create a wonderful enhancement for class (& school-wide) behavior management plans.
